Arthur Leader, BA, MD, FRCSC

Dr. Arthur Leader is Professor of Obstetrics/Gynecology and Medicine (Endocrinology and Metabolism), University of Ottawa. Dr. Leader is an attending physician in the Department of Obstetrics/ Gynecology at the Ottawa Hospital. He is a member of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons (Canada), Canadian Fertility and Andrology Society - CFAS (of which he is a past President), and the American Society for Reproductive Medicine. Dr. Leader is the recipient of Awards of Excellence from the CFAS and the Faculty of Medicine, Universtiy of Ottawa. Dr. Leader has numerous publications in peer-reviewed journals, has lectured nationally and internationally, and has received grants from numerous funding agencies, including the Canadian Institutes of Health Research and Health Canada. Dr. Leader received his medical degree from McMaster University.
