INMD's New Strategic Plan now available!

We encourage you to read the new INMD Strategic Plan, which describes in detail the new Strategic Priorities, and explains how the INMD Institute Advisory Board (IAB) identified these priorities, based on an extensive consultation process with INMD's various research communities and partners.

INMD's new Strategic Plan Approved!

The President of CIHR, Dr. Alain Beaudet, has formally approved our new Strategic Plan. This approval was extremely gratifying, as the IAB had worked hard at the November, 2009 meeting to develop new Strategic Priorities to guide INMD forward from 2010-2014. The focus of our IAB will now be to begin to develop an operational plan to map out the implementation of the four new INMD Strategic Priorities. The Plan is presently being translated and will be posted on our website as soon as it is available.

INMD Draft Strategic Plan submitted for approval

Following the establishment of our new strategic priorities, INMD has drafted a new Strategic Plan which will provide a map for the strategic activities of INMD over the next five years, 2010-2014. The Plan is currently under review by CIHR's Scientific Council. Once it is approved, it will be made available on this site.

New Draft Strategic Priorities

Following a period of extensive consultation with our researchers, stakeholders, and partners, INMD proposes 4 new Strategic Priorities. Developed by our Institute Advisory Board (IAB), these priorities will guide INMD activities over the next five years and will result in new research funding opportunities, opportunities to build new strategic partnerships and collaborations, and increase research capacity in Canada.
