• Ensure that the application package is complete; it must contain the required number of copies (plus the signed original) of each module, attachment and form required by the program.
• Original:
  • Each component (module, attachment, form) should be bound with a bulldog clip or an elastic.
  • Do not staple components; certain pages are removed and used for administrative purposes.
• Copies:
  • Each component (module, attachment, form) can be bound with a staple, a bulldog clip or an elastic.
• Compile the original and each copy of the application in the following order, from top to bottom:
  • Research or Training Module with supporting documentation
  • Operating Budget Module (if applicable)
  • Industrial Partnership Module (if applicable)
  • The Common CV (for CIHR) for each applicant and training supervisor (if applicable)
• Bind the complete original application with an elastic; bind each copy of the application with an elastic.
• Cerlox or spiral bindings are not accepted.

ResearchNet

• Complete all tasks as instructed.
• Prepare signature pages.
• Request/obtain transcripts of your complete academic record (if required).
