Funding Opportunity Summary
The objectives of the CBCRA/CIHR Operating Grant competition were to fund a broad spectrum of cancer research in Canada that will have relevance for prevention, early detection, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation and palliation for people impacted by breast cancer. Such research could encompass, but is not limited to, fundamental laboratory investigations, clinical trials and epidemiological, psychosocial and behavioural studies and health care research. The ultimate goal is the prevention, cure and eradication of breast cancer.
