Vaccines - The Next Generation

Vaccination has saved more lives over the past century than any other health-care intervention. Its effectiveness and low cost have made it essential to maintaining public health. CIHR's Institute of Infection and Immunity (CIHR-III) has made it a priority to help Canadian vaccine researchers take vaccines to the next level.

To showcase some current examples of Canadian vaccine research and to help mark National Immunization Awareness week, we have prepared several short articles on CIHR-supported vaccine researchers.
