Funding Opportunity Summary

The objectives of the funding opportunity "Fellowship: Hepatology" were:

• To build, in collaboration with industry, Canadian capacity and expertise in the area of hepatology;
• To address scientific questions/problems related to hepatology such as (but not exclusively) viral hepatitis, chronic liver diseases, etc.; and
• To address knowledge translation questions/problems related to diseases affecting the liver.
