(2009-08-17) Within the Common CV, you are required to complete the sections titled "Funding - Common" and "Funding - Canadian Institutes of Health Research" which populate the pages 8-9-10 and 11 of the Common CV. Please note that the section titled "Funding - Canadian Institutes of Health Research" contains new questions which applicants must answer.

As communicated on December 18, 2008 on page Clarified Signature and Application Requirements, attachments of funding details and summaries are NOT required; however, you must complete the common and CIHR Funding sections.
