Addressing Allegations of Non-Compliance with Tri-Agency Policies: Tri-Agency Decision Tree

* Allegations where there is any evidence of possible fraud or criminal activity are transferred to the appropriate legal authority. In these cases, the Agencies will carry out the process outlined above, in parallel with the legal authority's activities and agreement.

** The institutional investigation report is sent to the Agency only after all avenues of appeal have been resolved.

Note: Agency timelines are in calendar days. In the event that circumstances do not permit strict adherence to the timelines outlined above, the Agencies commit to taking the necessary action as soon as reasonably possible.
