"It's just stress, get over it, OK?" Many of us have heard or even said similar words. But what does it take to cross the line from managing stress to being consumed by stress? Researchers from the Hotchkiss Brain Institute have been closely studying this issue and the links between stress and common mental illnesses such as depression and anxiety. Please join us for a lively discussion of the latest research evidence on this important subject.
