As we get older, staying healthy and fit can be more of a challenge. Common wisdom suggests that eating right and keeping active can contribute to healthy aging.

But what exactly constitutes a healthy diet? Researchers are exploring how nutrition and the aging process interact. Their findings could help identify dietary choices that reduce the risk of age-related diseases and improve health.

Join us for a discussion of the latest research on nutrition and aging. This free event is presented by the Canadian Institutes of Health Research and its Institute of Aging and Institute of Nutrition, Metabolism and Diabetes. Space is limited. Presentations will be in French only.
